You'll need to provide your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a valid payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). We verify your identity before allowing your first withdrawal. Additional documents may be requested if account activity flags our fraud checks.

Deposits typically clear within 60 seconds. In rare cases, your bank or payment provider may delay the transfer; we'll notify you via email if a deposit is pending. Once cleared, funds are immediately playable across all lobby sections.

Withdrawals are held pending verification. We'll send you instructions via email to upload a photo ID and proof of address. Once approved, your withdrawal resumes. The entire process usually takes 1–3 business days from submission to fund release.
